Komal Jha (born on 15 March 1987) is an Indian film actress from Ranchi, capital of Jharkhand.

Komal Jha comes from an orthodox Brahmin family based in Ranchi. She is the daughter of philosopher and author Dr.S.N.Jha. She attended DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir in Ranchi, passing out in 2003. Komal jha and star Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni know each other well and are said to have lived in the same colony in ranchi. She then left to Bangalore for studying Civil Engineering at MSRIT, Bangalore in the year 2009.
